Cyprus Orthodontic Society

The COS was founded on 4/4/1996 and it numbered 10 members.

First president was Dr.Michalakis Papademetriou.

COS is a member of FEO since 2000, affiliated member
of EFOSA since 1999 and an active member since
June 3rd 2005 and also member of WFO.

COS is a brotherly society with the
Greek Orthodontic Society since 1999 and with
Greek Association for Orthodontic Study and Research
since 2006.

COS organizes 2-4 meetings a year.

Our society was the coorganising society, along
with GAOSR of Greece,for the last 3 Panhellenic Orthodontic Congresses held in Athens-Greece.

COS was a supporting society for the WFO meeting
in Paris on 10-14 of September 2005.

COS numbers 33 members out of 35 orthodontists.
