October National Month of Smile

The Cyprus Orthodontic Society decided to name October as the National Month of Smiles.

The goal of Cyprus Orthodontic Society is to increase the public awareness about the benefits of orthodontic treatment. The slogan of the month is "See Your Orthodontist No Later Than The Age of 7". We will organize many events, publish articles in some of the local newspapers and magazines, present topics related to orthodontics on T.V. and radio and organise a drawing competition.

The drawing competition is currently going on and will end up in October. The theme is ''SMILE''. All the members of the Cyprus Orthodontic Society are invited to ask their patients and their families and especially young kids to make a drawing related to a ''Smile''. Prices will be given to the best three drawings: the first one £150.- the second £100.- and the third £50.- respectively on the symposium that will take place in Agia Napa on the 20th of October 2007.
